Take a relaxing yoga class or gentle cruise on the ocean floating on a paddleboard. This is a superior way to work your core muscles, yet relax and rejuventate your senses in the beautiful home of Hawaii. Stand Up Paddling is one of the fastest growing paddlesports today. This sport and program will start you off with the basics of stand up paddling or allow you to coast independently if you are comfortable.
